Obama said something about spreading the wealth around. McCain and the Republicans are castigating him for this, saying he advocates socialism. It’s amazing that the Republicans are using this old chestnut. Yet, who’s getting socialism? The Congress just past a bailout plan for large financial corporations to help the economy. Apparently, socialism is okay when it’s benefitting the rich, but they scream bloody murder when it’s suggested for the middle class or poor. This is just another reason to change the political party when the election arrives.
