Health Care Reform Debate
There are groups of protesters showing up at Democratic town hall meetings to disrupt the health care reform debate. These people claim they are not organized but just concerned citizens expressing their right to freedom of speech. Yeah Right! I know who they are. These people are made up of the sore loser conservatives and Republicans that lost the last election; some selfish, greedy wealthy people that don’t want to help anyone; and miserable people who just want to make other’s lives miserable too. It wouldn’t surprise me that some of these groups are organized by health insurance companies because they're scared of losing their monopoly to a cheaper public option.
The lies they spread are atrocious. Euthanasia for old people. Killing developmentally disabled children. My God people! WAKE UP! This is the United States not Nazi Germany. President Obama, Democrats and humane people are trying to help Americans, not kill anyone. They are trying to protect us from greedy, insurance companies that are the ones who want to kill people.
Insurance companies are the ones in control of your lives, not government. They raise our premiums every year exorbitantly. They won’t insure people who have been sick before or drop those who are sick, so they don’t have to pay for them. They break up group insurance policies, forcing people into expensive individual ones and increase those prices whenever they feel like it. Hospital, doctor and medical bills are so high they wipe out family savings. They’re the ones controlling us, making life and death decisions with our lives because we won’t have money to pay.
So, I say. Mr. President, Democrats, liberals and anyone who believes in the right to affordable health care. FIGHT BACK! Expose the lies. And to the selfish, greedy, sore loser conservatives. SHUT UP! You had eight years to rape our country and nearly ruin it. You lost the election. Get over it. Go to your corners and stay there. Leave the rest of us alone.
